As parents and teachers, it is essential to remember that there is no better age to form positive learning attitude than the preschool years. We strongly believe the learning attitudes your child acquires during his/her preschool years at TGGA have more bearing on personal success than his/her secondary education. Our preschool programs are designed to guide your child develop basic motor skills, self confidence, and body awareness, all while experiencing FUN!!!

Your child will be guided through step by step skill progressions and specific drills/exercises, providing the opportunity to effectively achieve and refine gymnastics skill, while progressing from beginner to advanced levels. This class explores the basics of rythm in gymnastics in addition to the basics on the beam, floor, and bars.

Your Child will continue to build on the skills learned in Beginners, providing the opportunity to refine gymnastics skills while learning new ones. This class continues to develop develop improved strength, grace and flexibility, as well as new skills.

If your child is new to our gym and has experience with gymnastics, you will need to schedule an evaluation before your child can join Prime.

Your child will be guided through step by step skill progressions to help develop motor coordination skills, core strengthening, eye-hand coordination, balance, following multi-step directions and social skills, expressive language as well as repetitive verbal communication. This class is open to any child including those with physical or development disorders.  These may include children with Development Delay, Down Syndrome, ADD/ADHD, Autism, Asperger’s or Cerebral Palsy. Each class is one-on-one.

Your Child will continue to build on the skills learned in Beginners, providing the opportunity to refine gymnastics skills while learning new ones. This class continues to develop develop improved strength, grace and flexibility, as well as new skills.

If your child is new to our gym and has experience with gymnastics, you will need to schedule an evaluation before your child can join Intermediate.

​

Each child will receive individual attention with an emphasis on improving all-round ability. Instruction will be aimed at improving gross motor development. This class will develop self esteem, assertiveness leadership skills and fitness in a fun, energized and safe environment.

If your child is new to our gym and has experience with gymnastics, you will need to schedule an evaluation before your child can join Shining Stars.

​

This tumbling class is for gymnasts who would prefer to focus on Tumbling skills. It is also good for cheerleaders wishing to improve their tumbling skills for the upcoming season. Emphasis will be on cartwheels, walkovers, round offs, back-handsprings, multiple back-handsprings, tucks, layouts, and twisting.

​

General recreational activity.

Open to everyone. No gymnastics experience required.
